You will only be considered for finance if you:
Are at least 18 years old.
You have a gross annual income each year of more than £5,000.
Are a permanent UK resident and have lived in the UK for at least 3 years.
Have a UK bank account capable of accepting Direct Debits.
You are not currently bankrupt, subject to an Individual Voluntary Agreement (IVA), or have any country Court Judgements (CCJs).
Provide an email address so your documentation can be emailed to you.
Your application must be in your name only and delivery must be to your registered address - we cannot deliver to an alternative address.
If your application is declined, you have the option to continue with a credit or debit card payment.
We can only reserve your items once your finance application has been approved and your deposit paid.
You have the right to withdraw from your credit agreement within 14 days following receipt of your order. Full details on how to do this will be included in your agreement.
How much do I need to spend to be eligible for finance?
Your total order value must be £300 or over.
Do you offer interest-free finance options?
Yes, interest-free finance is available for all orders over £750.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, you'll need to pay a deposit by credit or debit card when you place your order. For interest-free finance, it is 25% of the total order value, and for all other finance options it is 15%.
Will there be a credit search?
Yes, Deko performs a soft credit check and only once all security checks have been completed and your deposit has been paid will a hard credit check be made, which is recorded on your credit file.
Will shopping on finance affect my credit score?
Shopping on finance may affect your overall credit rating. You can check with credit reporting agencies if you have any queries about your credit score before placing an order with us.
What if my finance application is declined?
You'll still have the option to continue with a credit or debit card, PayPal or bank transfer to complete your order.
When do I start making payments?
Your first Direct Debit payment will be taken approximately 14 days after you receive your order. This will show on your statement as a payment to your lender Omni Capital. You can request to change your monthly payment date after the first payment has been made by contacting Omni Capital and speaking to their customer services team at 0333 240 8317.
What if I want to return the products?
All payments will be refunded via the original payment method used when placing your order.
You can return an item for any reason, free of charge, as long as you let us know within 30 days of receipt and it’s in its original condition. Where possible, please return items in their original packaging.
