To apply for finance, you must be 18 years of age or over, in full or part-time employment, retired or in receipt of an allowance. Your application must be in your name only and delivery must be to your registered address - we cannot deliver to an alternative address.
If your application is declined, you have the option to continue with a credit or debit card payment.
We can only reserve your items once your finance application has been approved and your deposit paid.
You have the right to withdraw from your credit agreement within 14 days following receipt of your order. Full details on how to do this will be included in your agreement.
How much do I need to spend to be eligible for finance?
Your total order value must be £300 or over.
Do you offer interest-free finance options?
Yes, interest-free finance is available for all orders over £750.
Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, you'll need to pay a deposit by credit or debit card when you place your order. For interest-free finance, it is 25% of the total order value, and for all other finance options it is 15%.
Will there be a credit search?
Yes, Klarna performs a full credit search on all finance applications.
Will shopping on finance affect my credit score?
Shopping on finance may affect your overall credit rating. You can check with credit reporting agencies if you have any queries about your credit score before placing an order with us.
What if my finance application is declined?
You'll still have the option to continue with a credit or debit card, PayPal or bank transfer to complete your order.
When do I start making payments?
You'll start making payments approximately 30 days after receiving your order. Klarna will notify you when it's time to make the payment each month.
What if I want to return the products?
All payments will be refunded via the original payment method used when placing your order.
You can return an item for any reason, free of charge, as long as you let us know within 30 days of receipt and it’s in its original condition. Where possible, please return items in their original packaging.
