One Man Delivery (Small items)

  • We will deliver to your door between 7am and 7pm. Unfortunately we cannot give you a more specific time slot and the driver cannot call you before they arrive.
  • For flats, standard delivery is to the ground floor main entrance only
  • A signature is required (Temporarily suspended)
  • For next day delivery orders must be placed before 3pm and do not include weekends. For instance, if you place your order before 3pm on Friday your delivery will be on the following Monday. If you place your order after 3pm, or on Saturday or Sunday your delivery will be on Tuesday (excluding bank holidays)
  • We cannot guarantee arrival on your selected delivery date for the following postcodes:
    AB 31-38, AB 41-45, AB 51-56, AB 59, FK 19-21, IV 1-28, IV 30-32, IV 36, IV 40, IV 52-56, IV6 3, IV 99, KW 1-14, PA 21-41, PH 8-11, PH 15-26, PH 30-44, PH4 9-50, PO 30-41

Two Man Delivery (Large items)

  • Receive a text message the evening before, notifying you of an AM or PM time slot
  • Receive a call around 15 minutes before the driver arrives
  • Please advise if you would prefer an ‘over the threshold’ delivery so that the drivers do not need to enter your property or request a signature.
  • Your order delivered into your room of choice, providing there is suitable access. *unless your area is subject to any local lockdown measures - in this case the delivery will be ‘over the threshold’ only.
  • A signature is required
  • Delivery is up to the second floor only.

FAQs

Will my furniture fit?

  • Please double check access into your room of choice
  • Common problems include narrow door frames, awkward staircases, passenger lifts and any right angle turns once inside the property
  • 3 seater sofas and corner sofas are especially prone to these restrictions so particular care should be taken when ordering these
  • Please also check there is suitable access for the delivery vehicle. The rule of thumb is if a standard sized dust bin lorry can get to your property then so can we

What if my order arrives damaged?

  • If you notice any product or packaging damage, please record this on the drivers’ terminal
  • Where possible, please call us whilst the driver is still there
  • We will fix or replace any damaged item, or you can return the item for a full refund

What if I am out?

  • As you will have been aware of your delivery date, there will be a £30 charge if you are out

Can I change or cancel my delivery date?

  • Yes, please notify us within 4 working days before delivery as orders are collected by our carriers in advance. Note that you have a right to cancel your order up to 14 days after delivery. View our Returns page

Can you dispose of my old furniture?

  • No, however you can use our Recycle or Donate tool to find your local recycling centre or charity collection.
