If your order arrives damaged
  • We will repair or replace any damaged item, or you can return it for a full refund. Please follow these simple steps:-
  • If you notice any product or packaging damage upon delivery, please record this on the drivers’ terminal
  • If possible, call us whilst the delivery driver is still there
  • Report any damages within 30 days of receipt

To report a damaged item please email us at info@furniturechoice.co.uk with the following information:-

  • Your order number – please put this in the email subject line.
  • The item that is damaged.
  • The batch number (this can usually be located underneath the product or on the outside of the packaging if you still have it).
  • Where the item is damaged.
  • Attach images of the damaged item, one from close-up and the other from slightly further away, so we can see the nature and extent of the damage, as well as an image of any damaged packaging.
  • Once you have emailed us, you will receive confirmation of receipt
  • We will then contact you as soon as possible to confirm how we will resolve your issue
  • We will repair or replace any damaged item, or you can return it for a full refund
