If your order arrives damaged

  • We will repair or replace any damaged item, or you can return it for a full refund. Please follow these simple steps:-
  • If you notice any product or packaging damage upon delivery, please record this on the drivers’ terminal
  • If possible, call us whilst the delivery driver is still there
  • Report any damages within 30 days of receipt

To report a damaged item please email us at info@furniturechoice.co.uk with the following information:-

  • Your order number – please put this in the email subject line.
  • The item that is damaged.
  • The batch number (this can usually be located underneath the product or on the outside of the packaging if you still have it).
  • Where the item is damaged.
  • Attach images of the damaged item, one from close-up and the other from slightly further away, so we can see the nature and extent of the damage, as well as an image of any damaged packaging.
  • Once you have emailed us, you will receive confirmation of receipt
  • We will then contact you as soon as possible to confirm how we will resolve your issue
  • We will repair or replace any damaged item, or you can return it for a full refund

If your item is faulty

To report a faulty item which is still under warranty please email us at info@furniturechoice.co.uk with the following information:-

  • Your order number – please put this in the email subject line.
  • The item that is faulty.
  • The batch number (this can usually be located underneath the product or on the outside of the packaging if you still have it).
  • Description of the fault and where it is located.
  • When you first noticed the fault.
  • Attach images of the faulty item, one from close-up and the other from slightly further away, so that we can see the nature and extent of the issue.
  • Once you have emailed us, you will receive confirmation of receipt
  • We will then contact you as soon as possible to confirm how we will resolve your issue
  • We may need to appoint an independent furniture technician to establish the fault
  • We will repair or replace any faulty item which is still under warranty

If you have a missing item, part or fixing kit

  • Report any missing items/parts/fixing kits within 30 days of receipt

To report an item/part/fixing kit is missing please email us at info@furniturechoice.co.uk with the following information:-

  • Your order number – please put this in the email subject line
  • The item which is missing or has a missing part/fixing kit
  • Description of the missing part (if applicable)
  • The batch number (this can usually be located underneath the product or on the outside of the packaging if you still have it).
  • Once you have emailed us, you will receive confirmation of receipt
  • We will then contact you as soon as possible to confirm how we will resolve your issue

If you have received an incorrect item

  • If you think you have received an incorrect item, please call us while the driver is still there
  • If the item is incorrect, please return it with the driver and we will contact you to resolve the issue

If you notice an item is incorrect after delivery, please email us at info@furniturechoice.co.uk with the following information:-

  • Your order number – please put this in the email subject line.
  • Which item is incorrect.
  • Attach images of the incorrect item and packaging where possible.
  • The batch number (this can usually be located underneath the product or on the outside of the packaging if you still have it).
  • Once you have emailed us, you will receive confirmation of receipt
  • We will then contact you as soon as possible to confirm how we will resolve your issue
  • We will exchange any incorrect item, or you can return it for a full refund

If you wish to amend your order

  • You may amend any items on your order providing it hasn’t been collected by our carrier
  • For one-man delivery, you must notify us 2 working days before your delivery date
  • For two-man delivery, you must notify us 3 working days before your delivery date
  • However, if you wish to amend the delivery address you will need to cancel and re-order to the new address

If you wish to cancel your order

  • You may cancel your order at any time providing it hasn’t already been delivered
  • Please contact us confirming your order number
  • Refunds will be processed immediately however it may take an additional 5-7 days for it to appear in your account due to bank processing times

If you want to know when a product is back in stock

  • If you would like to know when a product is in stock, please check the product detail page on the website. Availability is displayed above the “add to basket” icon
  • Once you have placed your order, if the date we expect the stock to arrive changes, we will email you to let you know. When your order comes into stock, we will contact you to book your delivery date

Guarantees and warranties

  • Unless otherwise stated, all our furniture comes with a one-year manufacturers’ warranty. You may also purchase an extended warranty.
