FREE DELIVERY - All deliveries are free to anywhere in mainland UK and the Isle of Wight
We do not deliver to Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Eire and BFPO addresses.

*PLEASE NOTE – Guaranteed Christmas delivery is subject to the item being in stock and you may be required to accept the first delivery date offered. For some remote or rural areas, if Pre-Christmas delivery is essential, we recommend that you check availability, or call us, before placing your order. Whilst we always work hard to keep our delivery promises, occasionally delays can occur which are outside of our control and FC will not be liable for any late or missed deliveries.

One Man Delivery (Small items)

We will deliver to your door between 7am and 7pm. Unfortunately we cannot give you a more specific time slot and the driver cannot call you before they arrive.
For flats, standard delivery is to the ground floor main entrance only
A signature is required
For next day delivery orders must be placed before 3pm and do not include weekends. For instance, if you place your order before 3pm on Friday your delivery will be on the following Monday. If you place your order after 3pm, or on Saturday or Sunday your delivery will be on Tuesday (excluding bank holidays)
We cannot guarantee arrival on your selected delivery date for the following postcodes:
AB 31-38, AB 41-45, AB 51-56, AB 59, FK 19-21, IV 1-28, IV 30-32, IV 36, IV 40, IV 52-56, IV6 3, IV 99, KW 1-14, PA 21-41, PH 8-11, PH 15-26, PH 30-44, PH4 9-50, PO 30-41

Two Man Delivery (Large items)

Receive a text message the evening before, notifying you of an AM or PM time slot
Receive a call around 15 minutes before the driver arrives
Your order delivered into your room of choice, providing there is suitable access

Will my furniture fit?

Please double check access into your room of choice
Common problems include narrow door frames, awkward staircases, passenger lifts and any right angle turns once inside the property
3 seater sofas and corner sofas are especially prone to these restrictions so particular care should be taken when ordering these
Please also check there is suitable access for the delivery vehicle. The rule of thumb is if a standard sized dust bin lorry can get to your property then so can we

What if my order arrives damaged?

If you notice any product or packaging damage, please record this on the drivers’ terminal
Where possible, please call us whilst the driver is still there
We will fix or replace any damaged item, or you can return the item for a full refund

What if I am out?

As you will have been aware of your delivery date, there will be a £30 charge if you are out

Can I change or cancel my delivery date?

Yes, please notify us within 4 working days before delivery as orders are collected by our carriers in advance. Note that you have a right to cancel your order up to 14 days after delivery. View our Returns page

Can you dispose of my old furniture?

No, however you can use our Recycle or Donate tool to find your local recycling centre or charity collection.

Items must be unused so please take good care of them while they’re in your possession
Unassembled – if a product requires assembly, please return it unassembled, back in its box
Return items in their original packaging where possible – if you don’t have the packaging, let us know and we’ll send you more
Please do not order multiple items – we offer one return per customer. For example please don’t order the same or similar products in multiple colours or sizes to see which you prefer
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible after collection

What you need to know

We offer finance through Klarna
To apply for finance you must be in full or part-time employment, retired or in receipt of an allowance, your application must be in your name only, and delivery must be to your registered address - we cannot deliver to an alternative address

How to apply:

Add the items to your basket and proceed to checkout
Select from the finance options available.
Continue to pay and complete the Klarna application form. You will receive an immediate answer and, if succesful Klarna will take your deposit.

Note

PLEASE NOTE - If you require delivery in time for Christmas and are paying by finance, the items must be in stock and you must complete the finance application, and pay your deposit, by Friday 15th December.
If your application is declined you have the option to continue with the order by paying by card
We can only reserve your items once your finance application has been approved and your deposit paid
You have the right to withdraw from your credit agreement within 14 days following receipt of the executed agreement. Full details on how to do this will be included in the agreement
