FREE DELIVERY - All deliveries are free to anywhere in mainland UK and the Isle of Wight
We do not deliver to Scottish Islands, Northern Ireland, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Eire and BFPO addresses.

One Man Delivery (Small items)

We will deliver to your door between 7am and 7pm. Unfortunately we cannot give you a more specific time slot and the driver cannot call you before they arrive.
For flats, standard delivery is to the ground floor main entrance only
A signature is required (Temporarily suspended)
For next day delivery orders must be placed before 3pm and do not include weekends. For instance, if you place your order before 3pm on Friday your delivery will be on the following Monday. If you place your order after 3pm, or on Saturday or Sunday your delivery will be on Tuesday (excluding bank holidays)
We cannot guarantee arrival on your selected delivery date for the following postcodes:

Receive a text message the evening before, notifying you of an AM or PM time slot

Please advise if you would prefer an ‘over the threshold’ delivery so that the drivers do not need to enter your property or request a signature.
Your order delivered into your room of choice, providing there is suitable access. *unless your area is subject to any local lockdown measures - in this case the delivery will be ‘over the threshold’ only.

Will my furniture fit?

Please double check access into your room of choice
Common problems include narrow door frames, awkward staircases, passenger lifts and any right angle turns once inside the property
3 seater sofas and corner sofas are especially prone to these restrictions so particular care should be taken when ordering these
Please also check there is suitable access for the delivery vehicle. The rule of thumb is if a standard sized dust bin lorry can get to your property then so can we

What if my order arrives damaged?

If you notice any product or packaging damage, please record this on the drivers’ terminal
Where possible, please call us whilst the driver is still there

What if I am out?

As you will have been aware of your delivery date, there will be a £30 charge if you are out

Can I change or cancel my delivery date?

Yes, please notify us within 4 working days before delivery as orders are collected by our carriers in advance. Note that you have a right to cancel your order up to 14 days after delivery. View our Returns page

Can you dispose of my old furniture?

No, however you can use our Recycle or Donate tool to find your local recycling centre or charity collection.

What you need to know

We offer finance through Klarna
To apply for finance you must be in full or part-time employment, retired or in receipt of an allowance, your application must be in your name only, and delivery must be to your registered address - we cannot deliver to an alternative address

How to apply:

Add the items to your basket and proceed to checkout
Select from the finance options available.
Continue to pay and complete the Klarna application form. You will receive an immediate answer and, if succesful Klarna will take your deposit.
