  • Eligibility To Order:

    To be eligible to purchase products on this Website you must:

    Register by providing your real name, phone number, e-mail address, payment details and other requested information.

    Stipulate a delivery address in the UK except for Scottish Offshore (KW15-17, ZE, HS, PA20, 41-49, 60-75, 77-78, KA27-28, PH40, 42-44), Scilly Isles (TR21-25), Northern Ireland (BT), Channel Islands (GY, JE), IOM (IM), Eire and BFPO addresses.

    Please note that PO box numbers, hotels and accommodation addresses are not acceptable.

    Possess a valid credit or debit card.
  • Payment & Security Information:

    All prices are inclusive of VAT (where applicable) at the current rates and are correct at the time of entering the information onto the system. The total cost of your order is the price of the products ordered plus delivery (if any).

    You confirm that the credit or debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

    We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure but, in the absence of negligence on our part, we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the Website.
  • Delivery & Access Details:

    Delivery is free anywhere in mainland UK except for the following postcodes; Devon & Cornwall (DT7, EX, PL, TQ, TR) , the Isle of Wight (PO30-41) or the Grampains & Highlands (AB, IV, KW, PA, PH 17-26, 30-35, 37-41).

    Note: We do not deliver outside mainland UK including Scottish Offshore (KW15-17, ZE, HS, PA20, 41-49, 60-75, 77-78, KA27-28, PH40, 42-44), Scilly Isles (TR21-25), Northern Ireland (BT), Channel Islands (GY, JE), IOM (IM), Eire and BFPO addresses.

    We only deliver Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

    Your order will be delivered anytime between 7am and 7pm unless you have paid for our premium delivery service.

    Premium delivery service customers will receive an AM/PM time slot the afternoon before delivery (if you do not receive a text message by 4pm call us on 0800 035 0070 to get your time slot) plus a call before the driver arrives. Please make sure we have the correct contact details as our carriers will attempt delivery even if they have been unable to reach you the afternoon before. Any failed delivery will incur a £60 failed delivery fee.

    Note: We are no longer able to provide the premium delivery service if you have ordered a bed or mattress.

    Your order will be delivered to your door unless you have paid for our premium delivery service. In which case your order will be delivered to your room of choice providing there is sufficient access.

    Your order will only be dispatched when every item is available. This means that the expected delivery date will be that of the longest lead-time item.

    It be necessary for you accept the first delivery date offered if we are to meet any specific delivery deadlines, such as Christmas.

    Once a delivery date has been booked you must be able to take delivery on that day. Orders can be loaded on to the delivery vehicle up to 2 days before delivery and cannot be unloaded until all deliveries have been made. For this reason, any changes to delivery must reach us at least 3 working days before your planned delivery date otherwise there will be a £60 failed delivery fee payable before we can re-arrange delivery.

    For security reasons a signature is required upon receipt of your order. If no one will be available to sign for your delivery please supply an alternative address.

    If you are out when we attempt delivery your order will be returned to our warehouse and a £60 failed delivery fee will be payable before we can re-arrange delivery. If you decide to cancel the order instead of have your order re-delivered then the £60 fee will be deducted from your refund.

    You must check there is suitable access to your delivery address and that we can deliver your item/s of furniture. This includes access and parking for a large delivery vehicle and access through your home to get your order into its intended room. Any refunds due to access and/or size issues will have a £60 failed delivery fee deducted.

    Note: Our drivers will deliver up to the second floor providing there is suitable and safe access. Beyond this it's at the drivers discretion. Please call us on 0800 035 070 if you have any queries or concerns about this.

    Finally, we work hard to keep our delivery promises however delays can occur that are outside our control. Furniture Choice will not be liable for any late or missed delivery.
  • Product Damage or Loss:

    You must note any packaging or product damage clearly on the delivery note (do not sign it unchecked) as we cannot accept liability for any damage reported to us at a later date.

    We will require photos (via email, text, or post) showing the damage or fault before we can determine the best course of action.

    Damaged or faulty products will where ever possible be fixed by sending out a furniture restorer to your address.

    If you are out when the furniture restorer calls we will rearrange another visit however there will be a charge for this.

    Risk of damage to or loss of the products shall pass to you upon delivery.
  • Contract Cancellation:

    We will make every effort to fulfil your order however we reserve the right to cancel at any time and will not be liable to you or any third party. The reason for a cancellation could be due to one of the following reasons:

    • The product you ordered not being available
    • Being unable to authorise your payment
    • The identification of a pricing or product description error
    • You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria

    You will be contacted as soon as possible if we have to cancel your order. We also reserve the right to refuse any transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. Any sum paid will be refunded or re-credited to your account

    Furniture Choice will not be obliged to offer any compensation for disappointment suffered.

    Should you wish to cancel your order you must let us know at least 3 working days before your planned delivery date otherwise it may have already been dispatched and therefore incur a £60 failed delivery fee.
  • Returns & Refunds:

    If you have paid for our premium delivery service you can return your item/s with the delivery driver for a full refund.

    Alternatively you can let us know within 7 days of receipt that you wish to return your item/s. In this instance a collection will be arranged for the item/s to be returned to our warehouse.

    Items must be returned are in their original packaging and in a perfect and saleable condition. You will then be refunded minus the £60 collection charge within 30 days.

    Important: Sometimes our delivery drivers remove packaging in the lorry so we don’t bring in potentially dirty boxes. If you think you might return any item please be sure to ask for all the packaging.

    Items returned to us without their original packaging or not in a perfect and saleable condition will not be refunded and you will be asked to collect from a designated warehouse.

    Mattresses, pillows and sofa beds cannot be returned once they have been opened.

    To avoid items being returned you must check there is suitable access to your delivery address and that we can deliver your item/s of furniture. This includes access and parking for a large delivery vehicle and access through your home to get your order into its intended room.

    Any refunds due to access and/or size issues will have a £60 failed delivery fee deducted.

    We will only attempt collection twice, both incurring a collection fee. After this we will not try again and you will no longer be entitled to a refund.

    Please note that this returns & refunds policy does not apply to business customers.
  • Made To Order Items:

    If you decided to cancel your made-to-order item for any reason, it is unlikely that we could sell it to another customer at full selling price. We'll therefore charge a cancellation fee of 20% of the order price.

    Our usual refund policy does not apply to made-to-order products, which cannot be returned.
  • Guarantees:

    All our products come with a 1 year manufacturers guarantee unles otherwise stated. Clearence items that are sold as seen are not covered by any guarantee.

  • Personal Details:

    To process your order we need to take some personal details such as your name and address. This information will not be used for any marketing purposes unless you state otherwise.
  • Content & Company Communications:

    We take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions, images and prices appearing on the Website and in company communications are correct. Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission shall be subject to correction without liability.

    Photographs are for illustrative purpose only and may not exactly match the product itself.
  • Data Protection Notice:

    By registering as a user of the services provided by Furniture Choice and by using the Furniture Choice web site you are agreeing to the following:

    1. When you register and use this site you will be asked to provide certain information such as your contact details. We will store this data and hold it on computers or otherwise. We will use this data to fulfil our agreement with you.

    2. We may use information you provide or is obtained by us:
    (a) To register you with our web site and to administer our web site services;
    (b) For assessment and analysis (e.g. market, customer and product analysis) to enable us to review, develop and improve the services which we offer and to enable us to provide you and other customers with relevant information through our marketing programme. We may use your information to make decisions about you using computerised technology, for example, automatically selecting products or services, which we think will interest you from the information we have. We may inform you (by e-mail, mail or otherwise) about products and services which we consider may be of interest to you. If you do not wish FurnitureChoice.co.uk to use your information for marketing purposes, please tick the opt-out box provided when registering.
    (c) For the prevention and detection of fraud.
    (d) To administer any prize draws or competitions you may enter.

    3. If at a later date you wish to opt-out of receiving marketing information from FurnitureChoice.co.uk, you can unsubscribe by sending an email to info@furniturechoice.co.uk with "unsubscribe" in the subject field.

    4. We may give information about you to the following, who may use it for the same purposes as set out above:
    (a) To employees and agents of Furniture Choice to administer any accounts, products and services provided to you by Furniture Choice now or in the future.
    (b) Agents who profile your data so that we may tailor the goods/services we offer to your specific needs.

    5. We may also disclose your information:
    (a) To anyone to whom we transfer or may transfer our rights and duties under our agreement with you.
    (b) If we have a duty to do so or if the law allows us to do so.

    6. In order that we can monitor and improve the site, we may gather certain information about you when you use it, including details of your domain name and IP address, operating system, browser version and the web site you visited prior to our site.

    10. You have the right to see personal data (as defined in the Data Protection Act) we keep about you, upon receipt of a written request and payment of a fee. If you are concerned that any of the information we hold on you is incorrect please contact us.
