We understand that making a decision over the internet can be difficult because in many cases you haven't physically seen the product.

For this reason, if you have opted for our premium delivery service, we allow you to return your order with the driver for a full refund.

Of course you can still send it back up to 7 days later but there will be a £60 collection fee.

  • Check your furniture as soon as it arrives, in the unlikely event that there’s something wrong or if you just don’t like it, we’ll take it back and refund you in full.

    Or return within 7 days for £60

  • Take up to 7 days to decide, retain the original packaging and if you’re still not convinced, call us and we’ll be back to pick it up. We will however, deduct the collection charge of £60 from your refund to cover our costs.
  • All we ask is that items are returned in perfect, saleable condition and in their original packaging.

    Why does it have to be returned in its original packaging?

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging so that they are protected during transportation and arrive back with us in perfect condition.
  • Important: Sometimes our delivery drivers remove packaging in the lorry so we don’t bring in potentially dirty boxes. If you think you might return any item please be sure to ask for all the packaging.

    Mattresses, pillows and sofa beds are different

  • Mattresses, pillows and sofa beds are a bit different: nobody wants a used mattress or pillow so we can only accept returns if they are unopened.

    Will it fit?

  • Getting the delivery right allows us to keep our costs down so we’re quite strict on this. The number one reason furniture is returned is that we can’t get it in, so any returns due to inaccessibility will incur a £60 fee.
  • Please double-check the furniture dimensions to ensure they will fit into your room. Common problems include narrow door frames, awkward staircases or any right angle turns once inside the property; occasionally we also have difficulty gaining suitable access for the delivery lorry to reach your home.
  • The rule of thumb is if your bin men can get a standard sized dustbin lorry to your door, we can deliver your furniture.
  • If you are unsure, please call us on 0800 035 0070 and we’ll be glad to help.

    What if my order arrives damaged?

  • If the packaging or furniture is damaged you must highlight this on the delivery note so we can arrange a replacement and claim for any damages caused by the carriers.
  • If you do not mark the drivers sheet damaged, or sign it unchecked, then we will not be able to arrange a replacement.
  • You should also call or email us immediately so that we can resolve this for you.

    Cancelled, changed or missed deliveries

  • Our delivery lorries are loaded up to 2 days in advance so you can change delivery details up to 3 working days before, after that any changes will be £60.
  • Any missed deliveries will also be charged at £60.
