  • Q. Do you have a showroom?
    A. Yes. We have a showroom at our Northern distribution centre near Leeds. If it's too far to travel then opt for our premium delivery service, view our products in your home and if you’re not satisfied, return them with the driver for a full refund. See our returns and refunds policy for further details.
  • Q. Where do you deliver?
    A. We deliver anywhere in mainland UK except Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Scilly Isles, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Eire and BFPO addresses.
  • Q. How much do you charge for delivery?
    A. Standard delivery is free unless you live in Devon & Cornwall or the Grampians & Highlands in which case its £45-60 and may take slightly longer.
  • Q. When will I be contacted to arrange delivery?
    A. We’ll call you within 2-3 working days of placing your order to arrange your delivery date. If we’re waiting for stock we’ll call you as soon as it arrives.
  • Q. How long will I have to wait for delivery?
    A. Items in stock are usually delivered within 14 days. Please check individual products for availability.

    Items going to Devon & Cornwall or the Grampians & Highlands will take an extra 5-10 working days.

    Note: Your order will only be dispatched when every item is available. This means that the expected delivery date will be that of the longest lead-time item.
  • Q. What days do you deliver?
    A. Monday to Friday between 7am and 7pm excluding Bank Holidays.
  • Q. Can I request a specific delivery date and time?
    A. It’s not possible to request a specific date or time for your delivery. For example, only being able to accept delivery on Fridays or after 4pm may not be possible. If you have concerns about your delivery time, call us on 0800 035 0070.
  • Q. Will I need to stay at home all day to take delivery?
    A. With standard free delivery we’ll deliver to your door between 7am and 7pm, so yes you will have to stay at home all day, however if you have opted for our premium delivery service then you won't as we'll give you an AM/PM delivery window the afternoon before and a call before we arrive.
  • Q. Will you assemble the furniture?
    A. If you choose our premium delivery service our team will unpack and assemble your furniture and remove all packaging, if requested. Note: You must keep the original packaging if you think you will return your item/s.
  • Q. Can you dispose of my old furniture?
    A. No, however you can contact your local council or furniture mart to arrange a collection.
  • Q. Can I cancel my order?
    A. Yes, as long as you provide us with 3 working days notice as our delivery lorries are loaded up to 2 days in advance, after that there will be a £60 failed delivery charge. Note: Any missed deliveries will also be charged at £60.
  • Q. Can I return an item if I’m not happy?
    A. Yes. As long as you let us know within 7 days of receipt and it is unused, in perfect, saleable condition and in its original packaging.
  • Q. If I return an item will I get a full refund?
    A. We have 2 options;

    1. Premium Delivery – pay £25 and return immediately for FREE.
    You can return your item/s with the delivery driver and you will receive a full refund once it has been inspected back at our warehouse.

    or

    2. Return up to 7 days later for £60
    You can return up to 7 days after delivery, again your order must be in its original packaging and in a perfect and saleable condition. Your refund will be processed after all item/s have been inspected back at our warehouse and we will deduct a £60 collection charge.

    Note: Any item/s that are returned without their original packaging, or not in a perfect or saleable condition, will not be refunded and you will be asked to collect from our warehouse.
  • Q. What happens if the item/s I have ordered do not fit?
    A. Returns due to lack of access will incur a £60 failed delivery fee. All of our items carry clear sizing information in their product listings, we strongly advise checking all measurements and access before ordering.
  • Q. I live on a narrow street and parking can be a problem, will you still be able to deliver?
    A. Our carriers use large (sometimes articulated) lorries for delivery so please state all street or parking restrictions when placing your order so we can try and plan your delivery accordingly. As a the rule of thumb if your bin men can get a standard sized dustbin lorry to your door, we can deliver your furniture. Please note that any failed deliveries due to access issues will incur a £60 failed delivery fee.
  • Q. What if I miss my delivery?
    A. Your item/s will be returned to the warehouse and a £60 failed delivery fee will be payable before we can re-arrange delivery.
  • Q. Can I collect my furniture?
    A. Yes you can collect by prior appointment from our warehouse in Mirfield, West Yorkshire (WF14 9DD). Collection is available between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. We will require a passport or drivers licence as proof of ID. Call us on 0800 035 0070 to make an appointment and get directions.
  • Q. Is it safe to order over the internet?
    A. Yes. All sensitive information is encrypted. To ensure maximum security we also direct you to HSBC secure epayments pages when entering your bank card details.
  • Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
    A. VISA, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Solo, Maestro and Electron.
    You can also pay by cheque or BACS – call us to reserve the products while we wait for your payment to clear.
  • Q. Can I order over the phone?
    A. Yes. Simply call us on 0800 035 0070 Monday to Friday 9-6 or Saturday 10-4, excluding bank holidays.
  • Q. Do your products come with any guarantees?
    A. Yes all our products come with a 1 year manufacturers guarantee which covers normal wear and tear.
  • Q. Do your products come from sustainable resources?
    A. Wherever possible our products are sourced from sustainable resources. We are beginning to document the ways we make our own small contribution to helping the planet, click here for more information about how we reduce our environmental impact.
  • Q. Can I request a swatch?
    A. Yes. If a swatch is available you will find a link “request a swatch” on the products information page.
