FAQ's


Q. Do you have a showroom?
A. No, however with our money back guarantee you can effectively try out our products at home and if you are not entirely satisfied return them to us for a full refund. See our returns and refunds policy for further details.

Q. Where do you deliver?
A. We deliver anywhere in mainland UK excluding Northern Ireland (BT), Scottish Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man (IM), and the Isle of Wight. We are also unable to deliver to KW and BFPO postcode areas.

Q. How much do you charge for delivery?
A. Absolutely nothing. Delivery is FREE for all orders with the following post code exceptions: IV, AB, PH, PA, KY, DD, EX, TA, TQ, PL, TR and parts of SA. Deliveries to these areas are handled by onward carriers and may incur a delivery charge of £45-£60. Please call for a quote before placing your order.

Q. When will I be contacted to arrange delivery?
A. If the items you have ordered are in stock you will be contacted within a few days by our carrier to arrange a delivery date. In the case of items with a longer lead time your delivery will be arranged at a later date.

Q. How long will I have to wait for delivery?
A. Items that are in stock are usually delivered within 14 days. Please check individual products for availability. Items going to the following post code areas: IV, AB, PH, PA, KY, DD, EX, TA, TQ, PL, TR and SA will incur an additional delivery time frame of 5-10 working days. Note: Your order will only be dispatched when every item is available. This means that the expected delivery date will be that of the longest lead time item. If you do not wish to wait we recommend you order each item separately.

Q. What days do you deliver?
A. We deliver Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays, between 7am and 8pm

Q. Can I request a specific delivery date and time?
A. No. We use specialist furniture carriers to deliver all our furniture to ensure your order is handled appropriately. However, this does mean that it is not possible to request a specific time or date for your delivery. For example: Only being able to accept delivery on Fridays or after 4pm may not be possible. If you have any concerns or queries about this, please feel free to contact us on 0870 850 8471.

Q. Will I need to stay at home all day to take delivery?
A. No. Our carriers will call you the evening before delivery with an AM or PM delivery slot and you can request a courtesy call up to 1 hour before delivery.

Q. Will you assemble the furniture?
A. Yes. Our uniformed delivery team can unpack and assemble your furniture and remove all packaging, if requested, at no extra charge. This does not apply to a small number of fabric sofas. They will still be delivered to any room of your choosing but will not be unpacked. Note: You must keep the original packaging if you think you will return your item/s.

Q. Can I return an item if I’m not happy?
A. Yes. As long as you let us know within 7 days of receipt and it is unused and in a perfect and saleable condition in its original packaging.

Q. If I return an item will I get a full refund?
A. There are 2 options; you can return your item/s with the driver providing they are still in their original packaging and you will receive a full refund once it has been inspected back at our warehouse. Alternatively you can notify us within 7 days of receipt of delivery your intention to return the item/s. Again they must be in their original packaging and in a perfect and saleable condition; however, your refund will be processed minus the £60 collection charge. Your refund will be processed only after all item/s have been inspected back at our warehouse. You will then receive an email to notify you that this has been actioned. Note: Any item/s that are returned without their original packaging, or not in a perfect or saleable condition, will not be refunded and you will be asked to collect from our warehouse.

Q. What happens if the item/s I have ordered do not fit?
A. All of our items carry dimension information in their product listings for your convenience. Please ensure you have measured before ordering as returns due to access issues will incur a £60 failed delivery fee.

Q. I live on a narrow street and parking can be a problem, will you still be able to deliver?
A. This shouldn’t be a problem as long as you state local street or parking restrictions when placing your order. We can then arrange alternative transport as our carriers use large and sometimes articulated lorries for delivery. Any failed deliveries due to any access issues will incur a £60 failed delivery fee.

Q. What if my item/s arrive damaged?
A. If your furniture arrives damaged then you must call or email us immediately and sign the delivery note clearly stating the type and extent of the damage. We cannot accept responsibility for any damages reported to us at a later date.

Q. What if I miss my delivery?
A. Your item/s will be returned to our carriers warehouse and a £60 re-delivery fee will be payable before they can re-arrange delivery. To help avoid failed deliveries please ensure we have correct contact information for that day

Q. Can I collect my furniture?
A. Yes you can collect by prior appointment from our warehouse in Bolton. Collection is available between 9am and 3pm, Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. You will need to take a passport or driver licence as proof of ID. Note: there is no showroom at the warehouse so you will not be able to view any products.

Q. Is it safe to order over the internet?
A. Yes. All sensitive information is encrypted so nobody can read it. Plus to ensure maximum security we direct you to HSBC secure epayments pages when entering your bank card details.

Q. What methods of payment do you accept?
A. VISA, MasterCard, Delta, Switch, Solo, Maestro and Electron.

Q. Can I order over the phone?
A. Yes. Simply call us on 0870 850 8471 Monday to Friday 10-6 or Saturday 10-2, excluding bank holidays.

Q. Do your products come from sustainable resources?
A. Where ever possible our products are sourced from sustainable resources and precautions are taken to ensure good working practices.

Q. Can I request a swatch?
A. Yes. If a swatch is available you will find a link “request a swatch” on the products information page.
