We want shopping at Furniture Choice to be risk free, so return your purchase for any reason within 14 days of delivery, and we won’t charge a thing.

We want shopping at Furniture Choice to be risk free, so return your purchase for any reason within 14 days of delivery, and we won’t charge a thing. All we ask is that you follow a few simple steps…
  • Inform us within fourteen days

    Let us know and return within 14 days of receiving your purchase.

  • In the original packaging

    Please return items in their original packaging where possible. For example, mattresses need to be returned in their protective plastic bag - if the bag is damaged, call us and we’ll send another one.

  • Unused please

    Products must be unused so please take good care of them while they’re in your possession.

  • One return per customer

    For example, please don’t order the same, or similar products in multiple colours, or sizes, to see which you prefer!

  • Unassembled

    If a product requires assembly, please return it unassembled, back in its box.

  • Finally

    If you’re not satisfied neither are we. We’ll collect and process your full refund as soon as possible.

Returns & Refunds

  • Notify us within 14 days of receipt.
  • Items must be unused so please take good care of them while they’re in your possession.
  • Unassembled – if a product requires assembly, please return it unassembled, back in its box.
  • Return items in their original packaging where possible. If you do not have the packaging, please let us know and we can send you some.
  • Do not order multiple items – you will be entitled to one return per customer. For example please do not order the same or similar products in multiple colours or sizes to see which you prefer.
  • Refunds will be processed as soon as possible after collection.

What if my order arrives damaged?

  • If you notice any product or packaging damage please record this on the drivers’ terminal.
  • Where possible please call us whilst the driver is still there.
  • We will fix or replace any damaged item, or you can return the item for a full refund.

Will it fit?

  • Please double check access into your room of choice.
  • Common problems include narrow door frames, awkward staircases,passenger lifts and any right angle turns once inside the property.
  • 3 seater sofas and corner sofas are especially prone to these restrictions so particular care should be taken when ordering these.
  • Please also check there is suitable access for the delivery vehicle. The rule of thumb is if a standard sized dust bin lorry can get to your property then so can we.

If you are out

  • As you will have been aware of your delivery date, there will be a £30 charge if you are out.

Changing or cancelling your delivery date

  • You must notify us 4 working days before delivery as orders are collected by our carriers in advance
