Delivery

We deliver for FREE almost everywhere in mainland UK

(click here for a small list of exceptions)

We will always contact you to arrange delivery (we won’t just turn up at your door)

Standard delivery is free

Or upgrade to premium delivery for just £25 and get;

An AM/PM delivery window

A call before the driver arrives

Your furniture unpacked and assembled

All packaging removed

And the option to return the furniture with the driver for free if you are not satisfied

Returns & Refunds

Please check your order as soon as it arrives, as we can’t accept responsibility for damages reported to us at a later date

If the packaging or furniture arrives damaged you must clearly highlight the type and extent of the damage on the delivery note

Please retain the original packaging; we can’t accept returns without it. Note: the driver may remove the packaging in the lorry so request it if you think you might return your furniture

If you’ve paid for our premium delivery service you can return your order for free with the driver, otherwise return within 7 days for a £60 collection charge

Ordering

To order you must have a valid credit or debit card (excluding American Express)

Simply add your item/s to the basket and proceed to the checkout

We will then direct you to HSBCs Secure ePayments system (which is 100% safe)

You then enter your card details and confirm your order

Furniture Choice is a secure site using Thawte 128 bit SSL encryption

We accept VISA, Delta, MasterCard, Switch, Solo, Maestro and Electron

We also accept payment by cheque or BACS – call us to reserve products while we wait for your payment to clear

HSBC operate our payment pages to ensure maximum security
