Delivery

• Most items are in stock, can be delivered within 1-5 days, and you can select your delivery date at check out.
• If an item is out of stock it will state when the stock is expected, or give an estimated lead time i.e. delivery within 20 days.
  
  

Standard delivery – FREE* (see exceptions below)

• Choose your delivery date at checkout
• We will deliver to your door between 7am and 7pm
• A signature is required (you must check for any packaging and product damage and mark this on the drivers terminal, please pay particular attention to tabletops and sofas)
  
  

Premium delivery – £25 (plus any postcode surcharges)

• Choose your delivery date at checkout
• Receive a text message the evening before notifying you of an AM or PM time slot (AM is 7am-1pm, PM is 12 noon-7pm)
• A call 15 minutes before the driver arrives
• Your order delivered into your room of choice, providing there is suitable access
• Your items unpacked and the packaging removed
• The option to return your order for free with the driver. If you wish to return your order after the driver has left you will incur the standard collection fee.
• A signature is required (you must check for any packaging and product damage and mark this on the drivers terminal, please pay particular attention to tabletops and sofas)
  
  

Click & collect – FREE

• Choose your collection date at checkout
• Collections are between 9-6, Mon-Fri, and 10-4 Sat-Sun and Bank Holidays
• To collect at the weekend, or on a Bank Holiday, you must order before 3pm on the preceding working day, which is usually a Friday
• Loading assistance is only available Monday to Friday
• You must bring photographic ID (drivers licence or passport) and the card you used to make the purchase with
• You must arrive at least 15 minutes before we close so you have time to load your vehicle

Local delivery postcodes

• If you live within 10-20 miles of our distribution centre (including HD, WF, and some LS postcodes) we will deliver using our own transport.
• This means we will call you to book your delivery date and you won't be able to select your delivery date at checkout.
• However we usually deliver in the evening so you won't have to take a day off work.
  
  

Changing or cancelling your delivery date

• You must notify us 4 working days before delivery as orders are collected by our carriers in advance
• Unfortunately if you do not notify us in time then you will incur the failed delivery fee
  
  

If you are out - £30 small items, £60 large items, plus any postcode surcharges

• £30 failed delivery fee for small items, plus any postcode surcharges
• £60 failed delivery fee for large items, plus any postcode surcharges
• Large items failed delivery fee will be reduced to £30 if you have the item/s redelivered within 7 working days
  
  

Will it fit? – returns fee payable if your item/s do not fit

• You must double-check the dimensions to check it will fit into your room of choice
• Common problems include narrow door frames, awkward staircases, passenger lifts and any right angle turns once inside the property. 3 seater sofas are especially prone to these restrictions so particular care should be taken when ordering a sofa this size or larger
• You must also check there is suitable access for the delivery vehicle. The rule of thumb is if a standard sized dust bin lorry can get to your property then so can we
• Items returned due to access will be refunded minus the return fee

What if my order arrives damaged? – you must check for packaging and product damage on delivery

• You must inspect the packaging and mark any damage on the drivers terminal
• You must call us while the driver is still there
• We will fix or replace any damaged item
  
  

Returns - £30 small items, £60 large items, plus any postcode surcharges

• You must retain the original packaging
• Our drivers may remove the packaging on the back of the lorry. If you think you might return any item please be sure to ask for all the packaging
• You must notify us within 7 days of receipt
• The item/s must be unused and in a perfect and resalable condition
• You must ensure the items are wrapped and ready for collection prior to the vehicle arriving
• Refunds will be processed after the items have been inspected and can take up to 30 days
• Delivery charges will not be refunded
• Deductions will be made if the item is not returned in perfect condition
• Mattresses, pillows and sofa beds are non returnable once opened
• Made to order items are non returnable

• If things do go wrong, (and let’s be honest: occasionally things don’t go to plan – snow and floods come to mind), Furniture Choice will not be liable for any late or missed deliveries, we will however, always act with openness, honesty, and keep you informed all the way

Apply For Finance

We have a range of finance options to choose from to help you spread the cost of your new furniture.

The minimum order value is £300 and you must pay a 10% deposit.

You or your partner must be in full time employment, unless you are retired, your application must be in one name only, and delivery must be to your place of residence - you cannot select an alternative delivery address.

The repayment amount is displayed across our web site as a price per week however the repayments are made monthly.

To apply for finance follow the simple instructions below.




• Add the items you wish to order to your basket and proceed to checkout
• At checkout select the finance option you would prefer
• Answer the finance questions, including address, employer details, salary
• Your finance application will then be processed within 2 working days
• Your items will be reserved while we process your application
• If your application is successful we will phone you to take a 10% deposit
• Your finance agreement will then be sent to you to sign and post back to us. We will then forward them onto the finance company.
• Once the finance company receives your completed forms, and the funds are released, we will call you to book delivery
• If you cancel your agreement, or you return your order for any reason, in whole or in part, and do not accept a replacement, a £29 cancellation fee will be deducted from your deposit

• This means the item is made specifically for you and will therefore take a little longer for delivery
• As this item is made to order it is non returnable
