Here are some Frequently Asked Questions that you may find useful for our dining chairs.

What are the dining chairs upholstered in?

Most of our leather dining chairs are upholstered in bonded leather with either a matte/textured finish or a glossy/shiny finish, which makes the dining chair affordable and hard wearing. We also have a wide range of chairs upholstered in high quality polyester. Practicality is important to us and so all of our dining chair upholstery is easy to clean.

What is bonded leather?

Bonded leather is made using leather fibres mixed with a polyurethane binder. These fibres are bonded onto a surface that mimics the look and feel of leather, and gives you an even textured and coloured finish.

Can I order odd numbers?

Yes, you can order single chairs.

Do you send out samples?

If you’d like to see a swatch of the leather or fabric used in our upholstery, click on your preferred dining chair and then click on ‘Request a swatch’. This will lead you to a simple form; once you’ve filled it out, your sample should arrive two to three working days later.

We are unable to send out samples of wood, but if you call our team on 0333 015 0000, they can talk you through the different types and colours of wood to make sure you choose the right one for you.

Do the dining chairs come assembled?

Most of our chairs need a small amount of easy home assembly.

How do I look after my dining chairs?

We advise that our dining chairs should be wiped clean with a warm, damp cloth. If you do wish to use any products for tougher marks, always read the label to ensure it is safe to use.

What guarantee do they come with?

Unless otherwise stated, all our furniture comes with a one-year manufacturers’ warranty. You may also purchase an extended warranty.

Will your dining chairs match my existing furniture?

With the wide range of choice we can offer, there is bound to be a dining chair to suit your existing furniture. Quite often tables and chairs aren’t actually the same colour, they are simply complementary colours, so don’t worry if the fit doesn’t match completely. If after browsing our range you are still unsure, call free on 0333 015 0000 and a team member will be happy to help you.

Do you have a showroom?

No. However our customers buy online because we offer free delivery and free returns within mainland UK and the Isle of Wight, on all products.

What if I don’t like the chairs? Can I return them?

Your dining chairs can be returned for free if you notify us within 30 days of receipt. Items should be in their original condition and packaging. Once collected, you will be refunded in full, including any delivery charges within 2 working days. Our full refund policy can be found here.

How much do you charge for delivery and how long does it take?

All deliveries are free in mainland UK and the Isle of Wight. If your item is in stock it will either be delivered the next day or within 3-5 working days, depending on whether it will go on a one-man or two-man service.

If your item is out of stock, it will clearly state the date it is due back into our warehouse. When it arrives back into stock we will contact you to arrange a delivery which will then be delivered the next day or within 3-5 working days, depending on whether it will go on a one-man or two-man service.

Please note your order will only be dispatched when every item is available. This means that the expected delivery date will be that of the item with the longest lead time.
