Express delivery

Most items are in stock, can be delivered within 1-5 days, and you can select your delivery date at check out.

The availability of a product will be clearly stated in green if it is in stock and in red if it is out of stock.

If an item is out of stock it will state when the stock is expected, or give an estimated lead time i.e. delivery within 20 days.

Standard delivery – FREE*

  • Choose your delivery date at checkout.
  • We will deliver to your door between 7am and 7pm.
  • A signature is required.
  • If you notice any product or packaging damage please record this on the drivers’ terminal.

Next day delivery– FREE* (where available)

  • Choose your delivery date at checkout.
  • Orders must be placed before 1pm.
  • Next day delivery does not include weekends, therefore if you place your order before 1pm on Friday your delivery will be on the following Monday. And if you place your order after 1pm, or on a Saturday or Sunday, your delivery will be on Tuesday (excluding bank holidays).
  • We will deliver to your door between 7am and 7pm.

Premium delivery – £25

  • Choose your delivery date at checkout.
  • Receive a text message the evening before notifying you of an AM or PM time slot.
  • A call around 15 minutes before the driver arrives.
  • Your order delivered into your room of choice, providing there is suitable access.
  • Your items unpacked and the packaging removed (this excludes dining chairs).
  • The option to return your order for free with the driver for any reason. However please note, if you wish to return your order after the driver has left you will incur the standard collection fee.
  • A signature is required.
  • If you notice any product or packaging damage please record this on the drivers’ terminal.

Click & collect – FREE

  • Choose your collection date at checkout.
  • Collections are between 9-6, Mon-Fri only, we are unable to accommodate any collections during weekends or bank holidays.
  • For next day collections you must order by 1pm the previous day. If you wish to collect an item on a Monday please order before 1pm Friday.
  • Loading assistance is available.
  • You must bring photographic ID (drivers licence or passport) and the card you used to make the purchase with.
  • You must arrive at least 30 minutes before we close so you have time to load your vehicle.

    What if my order arrives damaged?

    • If you notice any product or packaging damage please record this on the drivers’ terminal.
    • Where possible please call us whilst the driver is still there.
    • We will fix or replace any damaged item, or you can return the item for a full refund.

    Will it fit?

    • Please double check access into your room of choice.
    • Common problems include narrow door frames, awkward staircases,passenger lifts and any right angle turns once inside the property.
    • 3 seater sofas and corner sofas are especially prone to these restrictions so particular care should be taken when ordering these.
    • Please also check there is suitable access for the delivery vehicle. The rule of thumb is if a standard sized dust bin lorry can get to your property then so can we.
    • Items returned with the driver will incur a £30 charge.
    • If you have paid for premium delivery you can return your order for free with the driver. However, if you wish to return your order after the driver has left, you will incur the standard collection fee.

    Changing or cancelling your delivery date

    Please notify us 4 working days before delivery as orders are collected by our carriers in advance.

    We are open and honest

    If things do go wrong, and let’s be honest they occasionally do, we will always act with openness, honesty, and look to resolve any issues as quickly and efficiently as possible.

    However we will not be liable for any late or missed deliveries, or any loss of earnings.
