Express delivery!


  • Most items are in stock, can be delivered within 1-5 days, and you can select your delivery date at check out.
  • The availability of a product will be clearly stated in green if it is in stock and in red if it is out of stock.
  • If an item is out of stock it will state when the stock is expected, or give an estimated lead time i.e. delivery within 20 days.

Standard delivery – FREE* (see exceptions below)


  • Choose your delivery date at checkout
  • We will deliver to your door between 7am and 7pm
  • A signature is required (you must check for any packaging and product damage and mark this on the drivers terminal, please pay particular attention to tabletops and sofas)

Next day delivery (where available) – FREE* (see exceptions below)


  • Orders must be placed before 1pm
  • Deliveries are weekdays only
  • If you place your order on Friday before 1pm your delivery will be on the following Monday; if you place your order after 1pm, or on a Saturday or Sunday, your delivery will be on Tuesday (excluding bank holidays)
  • We will deliver to your door between 7am and 7pm
  • A signature is required (you must check for any packaging and product damage and mark this on the drivers terminal)

Premium delivery – £25 (plus any postcode surcharges)


  • Choose your delivery date at checkout
  • Receive a text message the evening before notifying you of an AM or PM time slot (AM is 7am-1pm, PM is 12 noon-7pm)
  • A call 15 minutes before the driver arrives
  • Your order delivered into your room of choice, providing there is suitable access
  • Your items unpacked and the packaging removed (this excludes dining chairs)
  • The option to return your order for free with the driver for any reason. However please note, if you wish to return your order after the driver has left you will incur the standard collection fee.
  • A signature is required (you must check for any packaging and product damage and mark this on the drivers terminal, please pay particular attention to tabletops and sofas)

Click & collect – FREE


  • Choose your collection date at checkout
  • Collections are between 9-6, Mon-Fri only, we are unable to accommodate any collections during weekends or bank holidays
  • For next day collections you must order by 1pm the previous day. If you wish to collect an item on a Monday please order before 1pm Friday
  • Loading assistance is available
  • You must bring photographic ID (drivers licence or passport) and the card you used to make the purchase with
  • You must arrive at least 30 minutes before we close so you have time to load your vehicle

Changing or cancelling your delivery date


  • You must notify us 4 working days before delivery as orders are collected by our carriers in advance

If you are out - £30 small items, £60 large items, plus any postcode surcharges


  • £30 failed delivery fee for small items, plus any postcode surcharges
  • £60 failed delivery fee for large items, plus any postcode surcharges
  • Large items failed delivery fee will be reduced to £30 if you have the item/s redelivered within 7 working days

Will it fit? – returns fee payable if your item/s do not fit


  • You must double-check the dimensions to check it will fit into your room of choice
  • Common problems include narrow door frames, awkward staircases, passenger lifts and any right angle turns once inside the property. 3 seater sofas are especially prone to these restrictions so particular care should be taken when ordering a sofa this size or larger
  • You must also check there is suitable access for the delivery vehicle. The rule of thumb is if a standard sized dust bin lorry can get to your property then so can we
  • Items returned due to access will be refunded minus the return fee

  • If you have paid for premium delivery you can return your order for free with the driver. However, if you wish to return your order after the driver has left, you will incur the standard return fee.

What if my order arrives damaged? – you must check for packaging and product damage on delivery


  • You must inspect the packaging and mark any damage on the drivers terminal
  • You must call us while the driver is still there
  • We will fix or replace any damaged item

Returns - £30 small items, £60 large items, plus any postcode surcharges


  • Items must, where possible, be returned in their original packaging
  • Our drivers may remove the packaging on the back of the lorry. If you think you might return any item please be sure to ask for all the packaging
  • You must notify us within 7 days of receipt
  • The item/s must be unused and you must take reasonable care of the goods whilst in your possession
  • You must ensure the items are wrapped and ready for collection prior to the vehicle arriving
  • Refunds will be processed after the items have been inspected and can take up to 30 days
  • Mattresses, pillows and sofa beds are non returnable once used

We are open and honest


  • If things do go wrong, (and let’s be honest: occasionally things don’t go to plan – snow and floods come to mind), Furniture Choice will not be liable for any late or missed deliveries, we will however, always act with openness, honesty, and keep you informed all the way
