Click & Collect

If you would like to collect your order, rather than wait for us to deliver, then you can select 'Click & Collect' at checkout.

The cut off time for next working day collection is 1pm. For weekend and bank holiday collections the cut off time is 1pm on Friday.

We may also be able to offer same day collection. Please call us on 0800 035 0070 before placing your order.

Important points

• Place yor order as normal on the web site or over the phone
• Choose your collection date at checkout (providing the item/s are in stock)
• Collections are between 9-6, Mon-Fri, and 10-4 Sat-Sun and Bank Holidays
• Loading assistance is only available Monday to Friday
• You must bring photographic ID (drivers licence or passport) and the card you used to make the purchase with
• You must arrive at least 15 minutes before we close so you have time to load your vehicle
